Research direction

Start by reviewing the Rule type and the other module structs mentioned in the issue. The issue does not name files, tests, or a defined set of methods, so confirm the intended scope with maintainers before proceeding. Done should mean that the agreed rule methods are implemented consistently and covered by the relevant tests.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement

@stapelberg, @sbezverk and other maintainers, currently many module's structs have no methods of their own. For example, it would have been nice to have String() method for Rule.

Is it OK to submit a PR for this?
