Research direction

Open 05-agentic-workflows-intro.md in the core path and read the surrounding steps to see how other pages format their predict-then-reveal exercises and ## :white_check_mark: Checkpoint checklists. Add three classification prompts (Actions-only vs agentic, with a why) plus a checkpoint section, keeping all existing concept content. Done means the page passes markdownlint, uses no numbered headings, and the curriculum assessment's overall_score, active_learning and checkpoint_quality do not regress; ask a maintainer how that assessment is run before relying on it.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

feedback simulation workshop
Problem

05-agentic-intro loses 18.9% of 38,020 at-risk runs (agentic-concept-gap 4,918; deployment-capability-gap 2,257). 05-agentic-workflows-intro.md has the lowest active_learning of the core path (2.4) and no checkpoint.

Proposed change

Add a short predict-then-reveal exercise (for example, classify three tasks as Actions-only or agentic and say why), plus a ## :white_check_mark: Checkpoint checklist. Do not remove any concept content.

Failure mode

Learning barrier.

Quantitative guardrail

Current overall_score 5.43; weakest dimension checkpoint_quality 0.0; active_learning 2.4; scaffolding 5.0. Learning KPI index = (2.0×2.4 + 2.0×0.0 + 1.5×5.0)/5.5 = 2.2. Added practice and a checkpoint target active_learning and checkpoint_quality directly, so all scores should improve.

Acceptance criteria
  • The shared curriculum quantitative assessment overall_score for the affected step stays flat or improves
  • The step's learning KPI index stays flat or improves
  • Hands-on practice, checkpoints, and scaffolding are preserved or strengthened
  • Page follows the workshop conventions (checkpoint section, no numbered headings) and passes markdownlint
