Summary

An automated workshop order/graph review analyzed all 96 pages in workshop/*.md, built a dependency graph (334 edges) from "Before You Start" sections, "Next" links, and terminal-command evidence, and surfaced 56 potential findings plus 3 flagged cycles. After manually verifying every finding and cycle against the actual file contents, most flagged items are false positives — natural back-references between adjacent linear steps (e.g., 05-agentic-workflows-intro.md ↔ 05b-agentic-workflows-security.md, 07-your-first-workflow.md ↔ 07d-confirm-model-access.md, 02a-setup-codespace.md ↔ side-quest-02-01-local-terminal.md) that the heuristic misreads as cycles because adjacent steps legitimately reference each other ("Next:" forward link + "Before You Start" backward link), or capability-chain findings for shared reference/side-quest pages that are correctly reachable from an earlier core step via README/other pages even though the page itself doesn't restate the link.

One confirmed ordering problem was found by direct inspection of the cited file and its surrounding steps (see below).
