Feedback: Session history is fragmented across surfaces

Copilot CLI/app sessions (this app + terminal CLI) are stored in one session store, but native VS Code Copilot Chat history lives in a completely separate store that this app/CLI can't query or search. When trying to relocate a past conversation, I have no way to know which surface it was created in, and can't search across both from one place.

Ask: Either consolidate session history storage across surfaces, or provide a way for the CLI/app to search VS Code's native Chat history (and vice versa) so users can find a past conversation regardless of where it started.
