Description

When reviewing code in the Changes tab I open a text box to send a comment to Copilot, hit the push to talk button and get an error as:

"Use a text box Voice dictation types into whichever text box you've selected. Open a workspace or click in a text field, then try again."

I would expect to be able to talk in these reviews aswell
