What happened?

Blue border is broken towards the left bottom corner and bottom of the chat area.

Steps to reproduce

1. Type something into the chat and hit Enter to Send
2. Click on the chat area
3. Press any character on the keyboard

Expected behavior

Blue border is consistent across the chat area
