Research direction

Start by reading the span name conventions described in #77 and inspect how Rust derives a name while ingesting V1 spans. Determine the expected attribute-bag input and generated output before choosing an implementation approach. Done means the convention can produce standardized name-creation code for the stated Rust use case.

Description

Feature Spans

Span name conventions added in #77 document how to create a name attribute from other known span attributes. It would be great to standardize this and make it more convenient by generating code that can accept a bag of attributes, and generate a name. A good starting point would be Rust, since Rust already needs to derive a name from span data when ingesting V1 spans.
