Research direction

Start by locating the CI workflow that publishes native artifacts, then identify the CLI and scanner entry points used by the package. The work is done when the CLI can serve a dummy RPC request from a dummy directory and the scanner executable launches without crashing before publication.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

  1. launching an rpc server in a dummy directory and doing a dummy request probably is more than enough for smoke test of cli
  2. for scanner, even just launching the executable and verifying that it doesn't crash would be an improvement
