Research direction

Begin by reviewing the existing Tree Sitter prototype and MCP server implementation mentioned in the issue. Confirm how security analysis is kicked off and define the tool's code-navigation output; done means Tree Sitter information is exposed through the MCP server for that flow.

Description

There is some prototyping already happening but the idea is to add Tree Sitter to the MCP server we built and have that exposed as a tool for better code navigation when the user kicks off a security analysis.
