环境：Windows 11 专业版 23H2，Build 22631.4169，x64
安装包：WeChatBridge-1.1.12-Windows-Setup.exe（SHA256 b6e95a32…1f60a3）
现象：安装成功、Appx 注册正常（identityCheck exit=0），但微信菜单看不到微信流；程序内提示「低于 24H2，可选兼容层见说明」。
问题：点击「查看兼容层说明」跳转到 windows/tools/TransferTargetShim 为 404，请问兼容层是否已发布、何时可用？
