Multifastats: Multi-Fasta Sequence Stats. Free program based in a python script, to calculate some statistics and basic outputs (N50, %GC, molecular weight, pseudosequences, cut in k-mers and subgroups by length and/or type) for a set of 'fasta' sequences (and optionally for each single sequence, too). This will run in Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
