Start by reviewing the existing torrent streaming extension and how Stremio and stremio-docker handle server-side video processing, as suggested in the issue. Then determine what changes Cloudstream would need to let a homeserver process videos for playback on a basic TV. Done means a supported server workflow can process and stream the described videos; the issue does not identify relevant Cloudstream files or tests.

Description

enhancement
Describe your suggested feature

As of now while cloudstream remaines superior to stremio in most every aspect it still lacks the ability for one to use their homeservers compute in order to process torrented videos then and make them viable to stream on a basic tv.
I'd bet at least like 10% of pepole who have dug deep enough into torrenting to find this project have a homeserver and allowing them to levrege thier homeserver to get seamless video will make their experience much better (speaking from experience - unlocking 265x videos on torrentio using stremio allowes me to not dig through providers every time I wanna watch a series and it just generally opens many more providers as well so finding ones for niceo shows is easier and even if one failes there's almost always a second when when your open to all media formats). And I know you might be thinking cloudstream shouldn't care about torrents since it's main focus is well: cloud-streaming but while cloudstream mainely relies on cloud streaming extensiones the torra stream (basically the stremio torrentio for cloudstream) from the widely known and used phisher repo is still installed in most all setups and is used fairly frequently on them.

Other details

Any details about architecture or other fine detailes can be copied from the stremio app and the stremio-docker project.
Also I'd be happy to work on this feature myself if needed - I'd just like to verify that if I do then it will actually be added to the repo so my work isn't for nothing.
Finally thank you for reading this and good day XD
