Piste de recherche
Commencez par tests/test_ethtool.py et tests/test_scripts.py, puis reproduisez la commande de test du paquet en tant qu’utilisateur non privilégié dans le chroot propre. Comparez les échecs liés aux permissions, aux adresses d’interface et à l’offload avec les hypothèses des tests. C’est terminé lorsque les tests ont un résultat défini dans cet environnement de packaging et ne sont plus en échec de manière inattendue.

I'm currently pushing python-ethtool to Arch Linux's [community].
On Arch, packages are built in a clean chroot (to ensure package and dependency integrity). There however, the tests fail:

Within the chroot, the user, that's building the package is not allowed root privileges. This might lead to the tests failing, but maybe you can provide some more insight?
I'd like to be able to use the tests during packaging for python{2,3}.
