Start by reading the cleanup helper and selection-file handling from #431, then trace the dictation clipboard path and the screen-capture deletion path. Add tests for clipboard-history cleanup and for deleting captures only when no other chat uses them, except in incognito mode. Done means both behaviors pass tests and the real-run checks described in the issue succeed.

Follow-up to #332 / #431. Ask on selection now deletes its captured text with its chat and takes the text it put on the clipboard back out of Windows clipboard history. Two similar paths still don't:

  1. Dictation borrows the clipboard to paste text the same way, so what it pastes stays in clipboard history (Win+V). Reuse #431's clean-up helper.
  2. Screen captures ("look at the screen") are kept after their chat is deleted. Delete them with the chat, the way #431 does for selection files, with the same rule: incognito always, otherwise only when no other chat still uses the file.

Done when: both are covered by tests, and a real run shows dictated text isn't left in clipboard history and a deleted chat's screenshot is gone.
