I think it's meant to be: https://github.com/PowerShell/ThreadJob -
The https://github.com/PowerShell/ThreadJob/blob/master/README.md has a fixed link to
Package/1.1.2 , The latest is Package/2.0.3
Maybe it is intentional because 2.* requires Version 5.1?
I wasn't sure if this was the right place to file this. I tried finding in in the repo.
