Start with the linked screenshot and the report's TextMate grammar note; reproduce the issue in VS Code with semantic highlighting disabled and a PowerShell region defined inside a hashtable. Done means that region is highlighted correctly in this case, without changing the reported standalone PowerShell behavior.
