Start by reading the command-word projection around CommandOccurrence.CommandWords and the change in linked pull request #241. Check the listed command examples, especially how words after options differ in and after the verb slot. Done means the projection matches the pinned outputs while retaining the existing post-verb option-value behavior.

Description

Problem

0.4.0-beta.20 (#237) skips a plain word after an option in the verb slot of CommandOccurrence.CommandWords. Without the grammar of a program, a switch without a value, followed by a subcommand, looks the same as an option and its value. So the projection drops the subcommand. A Netclaw probe showed the cost: a short grant covers a hidden program.

Command beta.20 words
git --no-pager push git
xargs -0 rm xargs
env -i rm env

Decision

The owner restores the beta.19 verb-slot rule. Netclaw stays on the beta.19 behavior and offers an explicit broad grant instead.

  • In the verb slot, a plain word directly after an option stays a command word.
  • After the verb slot, a plain word directly after an option is skipped as that option's value, as before.

Pins: docker --debug run gives docker run, ilspycmd -t X /p/x.dll gives ilspycmd X, git --no-pager push gives git push, and xargs -0 rm gives xargs rm.
