Research direction

Start in the code-analyzer CLI's handling of rule-file arguments and trace how individual XML files are discovered and loaded. Implement support for a pattern such as rulesets/**/*.xml, then verify that all matching rule files are accepted alongside individual paths.

Product Area

The "code-analyzer" CLI

Your Need or Problem

Adding rule files one by one is time consuming and error prone (you can miss some or forget to remove old ones).

Your Desired Solution

As well as being able to specify rule files one by one, add glob support so we can point it at rulesets/**/*.xml.
