Research direction

Start by tracing the minimized Composer UI and how the tags and polls extension items render when they are empty. Reproduce the issue with both extensions enabled, then verify that minimized drafts show only configured tags or polls while the full composer still exposes the selectors.

Description

type/bug
Current Behavior

If tags and polls extensions are enabled the minimized composer for a draft with no tags selected and polls set up shows a prompt to pick a tag and add a poll. Clicking on these just expands the composer but does not allow to take the action that was clicked on.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have flarum-tags and fof/polls extensions installed
  2. Start a new discussion in composer but do not select a tag or add a poll yet
  3. Minimized the composer dialog
  4. Observe the "Choose Tags" and "Add polls" UI elements to display on the minimized composer bar
Expected Behavior

The minimized composer should not not show these inaccessible UX prompts, but it should show tags and polls if these are set up for this discussion.

Possible Solution

Style to hide the empty selector buttons for tags and polls would look something like this:

.Composer.minimized .item-tags:has(.untagged),
.Composer.minimized .item-polls:has(.none) {
    display: none;
}

But it should probably be wrapped to only be included if these extensions are actually installed. So not sure if this should be a core fix or worked in to the extensions.
