Research direction

Reproduce the online-demo result with the reported plush-toy image, then run the same setup locally across random seeds to confirm the pose variation. Compare the generated poses with the example outputs and identify whether the incorrect underside view is consistently reproducible; done means the reported input produces the intended pose reliably rather than varying across retries.

Description

I was testing an image of a plush toy from Something-Something V2 using the online demo.

My understanding is that the online demo should automatically place the object in the correct pose. This has been the case for all other objects I’ve tested so far. However, for this particular example, the generated pose often appears to be incorrect. For instance, in the following output we seem to be seeing the underside of the plush toy:

Retrying the generation results in different poses each time:

On occasion, the pose does appear to be correct:

When running the same setup locally, this issue seems to manifest as pose variation across different random seeds.
