The gap is in the pig-latin practice exercise under exercises/practice/pig-latin, where the test case with UUID 44616581-5ce3-4a81-82d0-40c7ab13d2d0 ('phrases are translated -> a whole phrase') is missing from the PHP test file. Compare that test file with the canonical-data entry for the same UUID, then add the matching test case. Run configlet sync --test again, and run the exercise's PHPUnit tests to confirm the new case passes. Done when the sync warning for pig-latin is gone.
