Description

Add support for the Nethermind execution layer client.

Current issue:
Nethermind outputs "Failed to create CoreCLR, HRESULT: 0x8007FF02", which is an error message reported by the .NET runtime.

Along with that, shadow reports that the unsupported membarrier and mlock systemcalls have been attempted to use.
