Check all references to the function name, then update the specification text and examples consistently to run. Done when the function is named run throughout and the relevant specification checks pass.

Descripción
Both the Google developer document style guide and the Microsoft writing style guide prefer run to execute, and I think it'd be a much better fit for a WebMCP tool's function.
Execute has two meanings, one of which is quite dark. Run doesn't. And it's simpler too.
