Start by tracing how action outputs and downstream inputs are represented in the github-workflows-kt DSL. Define a concrete YAML or workflow example for passing an integer output, then determine the type-safe behavior and scope needed. Done means a non-string output can be passed to another action as a typed input without losing workflow generation support.

What feature do you need?
If an action returns e. g. an integer as its output, I'd like to be able to pass it as input to another action in a type-safe manner.
