The bug is about Temporalio::Workflow::Future storing an exception from its block and only re-raising it on .wait, so an unawaited failure leaves the workflow RUNNING. The payload names no source files; start by locating the Future implementation in the sdk-ruby workflow code. The attached repro (38462.zip) is not readable from the payload, so reproduce it first. Done means the exception surfaces or fails the workflow without a call to .wait, with a test covering it.

What happens
An exception raised inside a Temporalio::Workflow::Future block is stored on the future and only
re-raised when something calls .wait. If nothing ever waits that future, the exception never
surfaces
