Found by a churn worker on PR #7099: tests/tools/test_equivalence_e2e_plan.py::test_a_path_outside_the_area_does_not[tests/tools/rosetta_audit.py] fails on a clean origin/main (the plan answers run, the test expects none). It blocks the affected gate on PRs. Likely from a recent equivalence-e2e planner change (e.g. #6897); cause not confirmed.
