Rewrite the function in JavaScript and configure the plugin to process /common before publishing typegpu. Done when the function can be translated to GLSL by GLSLGenerator and the package build includes the transformed code.

Right now, common.fullScreenTriangle is written as a WGSL-implemented function, so it cannot be translated to GLSL by our GLSLGenerator. To enable this, we need to write it in JS, and run unplugin-typegpu on code in /common before publishing the typegpu package.
