Start by reproducing the reported nixos-rebuild switch --flake . failure with --show-trace, then inspect nixos/modules/hardware/device-tree.nix around line 126 and compare the referenced nixpkgs commit with the working revision. Done means the snowflake configuration evaluates and builds successfully without the missing buildDTBs error.
