Start with the ./publisher.sh platforms config set --unset command and the GET /v1/platforms listing that still returns the adapter. Then find where the listing filters enabled adapters and where GetOAuth2AuthorizationUrl and GetPNBACode read required settings. Reproduce by unsetting a required key and confirming the platform still appears. Done when an adapter with a missing required setting is left out of the listing and those two calls no longer fail with a generic INTERNAL error.

An enabled adapter is listed to users even when a required setting is unset, and linking through it fails with a generic error.
Steps to reproduce
- Run
./publisher.sh platforms config set <name> --unset <required key>. GET /v1/platformsstill lists the platform.- Call GetOAuth2AuthorizationUrl or GetPNBACode for it: the server returns INTERNAL.
Expected: an adapter isn't listed to users until its required settings are set.
