[Bug]: Unable to send image/file with Flatpak installation

Reproduce the attachment flow on Linux/Bazzite using the Flatpak installation, following the listed steps and checking the provided processSendMessageCmd log error. Compare sending to a contact with sending to private notes; done means images and files selected from the home directory send successfully to a connected contact.

Current Behavior

After selecting an image or file located in home using swing file picker, then clicking on send arrow, a dialog opens:

Error sending Message
error chat: error chat commandError Failed reading: empty

I have given home access in Flatseal.
Intrestingly, I can send them to my private notes, then open on my phone, so is it really permission issue...?

Expected Behavior

File is sent as expected.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start Simple X Chat app, connect to phone from desktop
2. Select contact, then press attachment button, select an image or file located in home
