Define how users pick the replacement range and how surface-text differences are handled; done means a stale phrase analysis can be re-approved for the selected range after #188 is complete.

Descripción
Split from #143. #188 gives a stale phrase location one gesture, discard. Re-applying it needs the user to pick the token range the phrase should now cover, which #188 leaves out.
Scope: from a stale phrase location in the catalog, pick a token range in the view and re-approve the phrase analysis there, as #373's Apply does for token analyses.
To decide: how the range is picked, and what happens when the picked tokens' surface differs from the phrase's.
