[Bug]: Media player not showing in Dynamic Island

Bug Description
Hello!
I started using the app just now and I noticed that when I enabled the dynamic island and, upon enabling the media player option, it doesn't seem to change the island at all. I have attached the first image of my player clearly playing (first image) but the island on the homescreen is only showing the date and time (second image). I don't know if this is a bug or I have some settings I have not enabled, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Essentials and go to Display.
- Go to Island.
- Enable media playback
Expected Behavior
When I play music, I expect the dynamic island to show music. Instead, it does not show anything pertaining to media playing.
