Bug Description

Island items share a single icon tint, so an item that declares an accent colour recolours every
other icon in the island.

The clearest case is the battery. When charging, the battery correctly takes on the configured
charging colour - that part works as intended. But the network/signal icon changes to the same
colour too, which it shouldn't. Turning the battery charging colour off returns the network icon
to normal, confirming the battery is the source.

Related to #1558

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable the island with both the battery icon and the network/signal indicator shown.
  2. Set the battery charging colour in settings (or leave it on the default).
  3. Plug the device in to charge.
  4. Observe the network/signal icon - it takes on the battery's charging colour.
  5. Now disable the battery charging colour setting and observe the network icon returns to normal.
Expected Behavior

An item's accent colour should be scoped to that item. The battery turning green while charging
should not change the colour of the network, signal, or any other item's icons.

Screenshots
Battery and network icons both green while charging Network icon back to normal with battery charging colour disabled
