Bug: Rectangle Pro unable to remember a saved layout and places windows incorrectly on multiple monitors

Device Setup: macOS Tahoe 26.7 with Stage Manager enabled
Monitors: 27" Dell Dual Monitor setup with the Laptop screen
Windows: 3 Chrome Windows (each named unique), 1 VS Code Editor, 1 Notes app, 1 Safari Window, 1 MatterMost App window, and 1 Finder window (Total 8 windows)

I have a layout saved for this as Home Office setup.

I have almost the same layout for my Work office setup, the only difference is that I have 24/25" monitors instead of 27" at Home.

Then, I have a solo setup when not connected to any monitors.

Despite saving them and trying multiple troubleshooting, Rectangle Pro simply can't remember the layouts correctly. My understanding is that once connected on my Work Office setup, as soon as I connect to the monitors, it should automatically remember the layout and the same should apply to the Home setup. However, it constantly swaps the chrome windows and most of the windows appear very small something like this.

Naming the chrome windows did not seem to help, I have also tried the terminal command for connection delay and restarted rectangle pro before saving the layouts again but the issues persist.

So far I have don't have a good experience using this, it seems my manual approach of dragging and dropping when switching monitors was smooth and less time consuming.

Can you please check if I missed anything or any steps to make this work correctly? Let me know if you need any other information.
