The payload names no files, so start by searching the Swift sources for the overlay/menu-bar window setup (NSWindow, windowLevel, ignoresMouseEvents, event monitors) that could swallow global hover events while the app runs. Next reproduce on macOS with another app's hover state while InputSourcePro is active, and confirm which window or monitor intercepts the events. Done means hover works in other apps while InputSourcePro is running, verified manually since no tests or repro steps are given in the issue.

Thank you for creating this amazing tool. It's really a time saver!
I noticed that the hover state stopped working around the same time I installed Input Source Pro. At first, I thought Arc was dying (shame on you, The Browser Company), but then I noticed it was happening outside of Arc, so I started debugging and found that the hover state doesn't work when Input Source Pro is active.
