Read the Playwright setup and helpers referenced in issue #53, then check the fake camera stream work in #29. Build on that setup to exercise an alert’s live check: verify video playback, camera movement to the alert, patrol resuming after close, and execution in end-to-end CI.

This issue is part of pyronear/pyro-envdev#57 (Next end-to-end tests), in the epic pyronear/roadmap#11 (End-to-end tests across engine, API and platform).
From an alert, click "Activer la levée de doute". Check that the video plays, that the camera turns to the alert, and that closing it gives control back to the patrol. Needs a fake video stream from the fake camera (pyronear/pyro-envdev#29).
Reuse the Playwright setup and helpers of pyronear/pyro-envdev#53.
