Head request is not cached even with cacheable_methods=("GET", HEAD") without a previous GET

Empieza reproduciendo los casos HEAD-only y GET-then-HEAD con CacheControl, FileCache y cacheable_methods=("HEAD", "GET"), tal como se muestra en el issue. Sigue las rutas de búsqueda de caché y actualización de la respuesta, y verifica después que una respuesta HEAD cacheable inicial se almacena y que una solicitud HEAD repetida la utiliza.
