Línea de trabajo
Start with .claude/skills/contribution/ and docs/roadmap.md Loop 2, then run the contribution flow from an external project that uses the suite. Follow the stated gates through the provenance-and-risk block; done means a human-opened PR or a recorded correct rejection with a local imprint, with the privacy gate and CONTRIBUTING list passing and no autonomous push.

Descripción
The 'skillset improves from field use' loop (contribution 1.1.0, hardened via #26) is fully built but has never been RUN.
Where: .claude/skills/contribution/ exercised from a real external project that uses the suite; proves docs/roadmap.md Loop 2.
Done when: one field lesson goes through the full flow — detect + generality gate -> generalize/strip -> draft (skill edit + CHANGELOG + eval + routing) -> mechanical scrub -> route through deep-code-review + idea-critic -> CONTRIBUTING gate list green -> provenance-and-risk block -> hand to a human. Outcome is a human-opened PR OR a recorded 'correctly rejected -> imprint locally'.
Verify: a completed provenance-and-risk block whose SOURCE names an external project (a lesson from this repo has no private->public crossing, so it never exercises the real safety property); the drafted change passes the privacy gate + full CONTRIBUTING list; no autonomous push occurred.
Why: the second promised loop has passing fixtures but has never produced a real safe improvement. Dogfooding once earns trust before adopters rely on it. Bounded + reversible: everything before the human send is reversible; the human is the privacy authority and only pusher.
