The issue names no files, so start by tracing how -screenshot loads a page and where -exclude and the network policy are applied for normal probes. Compare that path with the screenshot path to find where redirects and sub-resources bypass the policy, and where -H headers are attached to every request. Done means an excluded host is never requested during screenshotting and custom headers reach only the target host.

Current Behavior:
With -screenshot, the browser follows redirects and loads sub-resources (frames, workers) without checking them against -exclude / the network policy. Custom headers from -H are also sent to every origin the page loads.
Expected Behavior:
Screenshot page loads follow the same network policy as normal probes, and custom headers go only to the target host.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Run
httpx -screenshotwith-excludeset, against a page that redirects or embeds a frame from an excluded host. - The excluded host is still loaded in the screenshot.
