Reproduce the issue in GLPI 11.0.9 with the Additional fields plugin 1.24.5, using a mandatory field inside a ticket Tab block and comparing it with the same field in the ticket form. Trace the save and mandatory-field validation paths; done means saving is refused when the Tab-block field is empty, as it is for the ticket form.

Bug description

I have block of 'Add Tab' kind for tickets
I have a mandatory field 'Test' in it

But saving changes in tickets work without asking for update of field above.

When the field is in the ticket form, mandatory setting is applied.
