First clarify whether maintainers want Python 3.9 removed and how Python 3.10 support should be handled, then locate the repository's Python-version declarations and checks. 3.9 has been EOL for about a year now; do you want to drop support for it? This should allow better type checking. It looks like MCP also does not support 3.9 anyway.
I'm also curious when you'd be interested in dropping 3.10 support. I'm not necessarily pushing for it now, but curious if you've given thought to how long you want to support a given version of python after it reaches EOL.
FWIW- I'm happy to take on the 3.9 deprecation.
