[Bug]: iPad "Add environment": on-screen keyboard covers the Address and Code fields, so you can't see what you type or paste into them

Steps to reproduce
  1. On an iPad in landscape with the on-screen keyboard, open T3 Code → Settings → Environments → Add environment.
  2. Under "Or enter it", tap the Address field.
Expected behavior

The form scrolls above the keyboard so the field you're typing in stays visible and can be tapped.

Actual behavior

The keyboard covers the whole "Or enter it" section, and the view doesn't scroll. Only the top edge of the field and the caret show above the keyboard (screenshot below). As a result:

  • You can't see what you type in Address or Code.
  • You can't paste. Getting iPadOS's Paste menu means tapping the field again, and the field is hidden behind the keyboard. So a pairing URL or code copied from the desktop can't be pasted.

I had to hide the keyboard and type https://<host>.<tailnet>.ts.net and the 12-character code without being able to see them. When you can't scan the QR code (for example, the QR is shown on the same device), entering it by hand is the only way to add an environment.
