Steps to reproduce
  1. Open T3 Code Desktop with the left sidebar visible and the update button present in its footer.
  2. Drag the sidebar resize divider left until the sidebar reaches its minimum allowed width.
  3. Settle any thread
  4. Observe the footer. In the reported screenshot, the Ctrl+Z to undo hint is also visible between the other footer controls and the update button.
Expected behavior

All footer controls, including the update button, remain fully inside the sidebar at every supported width, including the minimum allowed width. The layout should adapt when the undo hint is visible.

Actual behavior

The update button (circular arrows icon at the right end of the footer) extends beyond the sidebar's right edge into the main content area at the minimum allowed sidebar width.

The reporter's screenshot shows Settings, other footer icons, Ctrl+Z to undo, and then the update icon straddling the sidebar boundary. The sidebar is already at its minimum allowed size, so this occurs within the supported resize range.

Impact

Cosmetic layout issue: the update control is not contained within its sidebar.

Searched open and closed issues for sidebar/update overflow, minimum sidebar width, refresh/update buttons, and sidebar overflow. #8660 concerns the environment version pill in the sidebar header, rather than the footer update button.
