Descripción

User Story

As a course team member, I want to see information about the learners enrolled in my currently filtered pathways, so that I'm able to quickly check in on their pathway progress and achievements.

Acceptance Criteria

Description: An Enrolled Learners Overview table has been added to the Pathway Dashboard, visible only when PII is enabled for the instance
Given I am a user with access to the Pathway Dashboard on an instance where PII is enabled
When I view the Pathway Dashboard
Then I see an Enrolled Learners Overview table with the following columns:

  • Learner Name (links to the individual learner dashboard)
  • Learner Username
  • Learner Email <-- Emails are only displayed when PII is enabled and email visibility is enabled.
  • Pathway
  • Enrollment Date
  • Last Active Date
  • Pathway Status (Not Started, Started, Passed)
    • Not Started: Learner has enrolled in the pathway, but has not visited any pathway item pages to date.
    • Started: Learner has clicked into at least one pathway item
    • Passed: Learner has passed all pathway items (for now, this will be "pathway completion" - this metric will likely be more configurable in future releases).
  • N Items Started
  • N Items Passed
  • N Credentials Earned (lists pathway credentials earned and credentials earned from items within the pathway)
  • Link to Individual learner dashboard

And if the learner is enrolled in multiple pathways among the pathways currently filtered by the dashboard
Then I see 1 row per filtered pathway (The same learner could appear in multiple rows of the table)

And when I view this table
Then I can see that this table is sorted by Pathway (A to Z) and then Learner Name (A to Z) by default
But I can sort this table by any column

And if PII is not enabled on my instance
Then I don't see this table or table heading in the dashboard at all.
