`paper.tex` loads `ffcode` and `stroke` from local `/code/ctan` paths, so `latexmk` fails on master

The failing lines are the two \usepackage calls in the preamble of paper.tex (around lines 7-8), and the \stroke calls in sections/features.tex need renaming if the package changes. DEPENDS.txt controls what latexmk-action installs. Pull request #81 is already open against this issue, so review or build on it before starting. Done means the latexmk workflow builds the PDF on master and a pull request.

The preamble of paper.tex:7 and paper.tex:8 loads two packages by absolute paths that exist only on one development machine, so the latexmk workflow fails on every push to master and on every pull request with ! LaTeX Error: File '/code/ctan/ffcode/ffcode.sty' not found, and the gh-pages PDF is never refreshed.

Both lines came from commits d173b24 and cb7136a, which were apparently made while the two packages were still being developed locally. Since then both have been published: ffcode 0.13.0 on CTAN provides the \ffcolumnbreak macro that sections/features.tex:131 relies on, and the stroke package was released on CTAN under the name handstroke, where the command is \handstroke rather than \stroke.

Replacing the two paths with the package names, renaming the four \stroke{...} calls in sections/features.tex to \handstroke{...}, and adding hard handstroke to DEPENDS.txt so that latexmk-action installs it is enough to make the workflow pass again.
