[tests]: are "rda file made when indicated" tests needed for every plot?

For every plot, there's an associated "rda file made when indicated" test that runs a simple version of the plotting function with make_rda=TRUE specified, and then checks whether the associated ".rda" and ".csv" file are made, before deleting them. Given that all of these tests are identical (minus the exact plotting function call), would it make more sense to remove all of these tests, and instead just test the
export_kqs(...)
insert_kqs(...)
create_rda(...)
workflow, once? This eliminates a large number of largely redundant tests, and would alleviate many I/O issues associated with moving to a parallel testing framework.
The case for retaining all of the plot specific "rda file made when indicated" tests would be to verify that the feature was correctly implemented for the specific plot, but this check only really needs to be conducted once, rather than every time the test suite is executed. Maybe this is an automated check that could be done before a PR is approved?
