Trace the Deck card attachment upload entry point and the existing personal Deck/ storage path, then inspect how board ownership and Team Files locations are represented. Verify the behavior for both user-owned and Team-owned boards, including that uploads use the Team folder only for Team-owned boards.

Since Deck now supports Team-owned boards https://github.com/nextcloud/deck/issues/8167, uploaded card attachments are still stored in the user's personal Deck/ folder instead of the Team's Files.

This means documents attached to a collaborative board are owned by the individual uploader rather than the Team, making file organization and sharing inconsistent.

Describe the solution you'd like

When a board is owned by a Team, uploading a file to a Deck card should automatically store the file in the corresponding Team Files folder instead of the personal Deck/ directory.

The current behavior should remain unchanged for user-owned boards.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The current workaround is to manually move the uploaded files into the Team folder or use Files and attach existing files instead. Both options add unnecessary steps and reduce the convenience of native uploads.

Additional context

Expected behavior:

User-owned board → upload to the user's Deck/ folder (current behavior).
Team-owned board → upload to the Team's Files folder.
