The payload names no source files, so start by reproducing the bug: open a grouped Dependabot pull request whose description contains a Markdown table, then compare the overview's description with the body the GitHub API returns. Trace how the extension gets and renders the PR description, and find where the body is dropped while other comments still show. Done when the description, including the table, displays the same way it does on GitHub.com.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a repository in VS Code with the GitHub Pull Requests extension enabled.
Open a grouped Dependabot pull request whose description contains a Markdown dependency update table.
View the pull request's overview in the extension.
Open the same pull request on GitHub.com and compare the description.
Expected Behavior:
The extension displays the pull request description, including the dependency update table, as GitHub.com does.
Actual Behavior:
The pull request description appears as an empty card in the extension. Neither the introductory text nor the dependency update table is visible.
The same description renders correctly on GitHub.com, and the GitHub API returns the Markdown content. Other comments on the pull request are visible in the extension.
