Expected behavior
Both Target A and Target B are "move"
Actual behavior
In GitHub Actions macOS v26.6.2, Playwright v1.65.0-alpha-2026-10-15, WebKit 27.2 (build 2376), Target A is "copy".
Additional context
- This issue is likely related to https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues/43082.
- Real Safari works fine, but Playwright's WebKit doesn't, so the issue is likely in Playwright's WebKit patches.
