The payload gives no file, test or stack trace; the only clue is the 'No model for configuration found' error shown in the Copilot Chat panel in Eclipse. Start by reproducing the failure with the plugin installed and looking for where model configuration is loaded in the Java sources of the repository. Done would mean chat returns a response, or the issue is narrowed to a specific cause such as a missing model list from the server.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
No model for configuration found. Restarting, signing out, checking for updates, do nothing to allow me to use the github copilot chat.

- Click on '....' copilot chat and type in any message
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error
